User & Positioning
The Surge X01 and Surge X01 Pro is intended for riders aged 16+ years old. Actual suitability must also consider local regulations, rider height and weight, skill level, and risk awareness. Minors must ride under adult supervision and use appropriate protective equipment.
Performance
For the Surge X01, the specified maximum speeds are 21.75 mph in Mode 1, 27.96 mph in Mode 2, and 37.28 mph in Mode 3. For the Surge X01 Pro, the specified maximum speeds are 24.85 mph, 37.28 mph, and 49.71 mph respectively. Test speeds were measured with a rider approximately 170 cm tall and weighing 65 kg; actual results vary with rider weight, terrain, tire pressure, temperature, and battery state of charge.
Both models are designed for closed courses, private property, dirt roads, forest trails, practice areas, and recreational off-road riding. The Surge X01 has 200 mm of ground clearance and a specified climbing capability of 30 degrees; the Surge X01 Pro has 270 mm of ground clearance and a specified climbing capability of 35 degrees. Climbing data is based on a 60 kg rider. Public-road use depends on local law.
Battery & Charging
The Surge X01 uses a 48V battery rated at 26Ah with 18650 cells. The Surge X01 Pro uses a 60V 30Ah battery with 21700 cells. The specified charging time is approximately 6.5 hours for the Surge X01 and 7 hours for the Surge X01 Pro when using the official charger. Actual time depends on remaining charge, ambient temperature, battery condition, and charging-protection logic.
Yes. The official chargers support 100-240V AC at 50-60Hz. The Surge X01 charger has a 54.6V 4A output and 2.5A input and uses a US two-prong plug. The Surge X01 Pro charger has a 67.2V 5A output and 5A input and uses a US three-prong plug. Always use the original or officially approved charger.

Whether it may be used on public roads, bicycle lanes, or other public areas depends on applicable local regulations. Requirements may vary by country, state, province, or city.
Both the Surge X01 and Surge X01 Pro have an IPX5 water-resistance rating. This provides protection against dust and routine water jets or splashes, but it does not make the vehicle suitable for immersion, deep-water riding, or high-pressure washing.
